The Xconditionals

The Alternative Pop/Rock duo of award winning songwriters Liz Miller and Margaret McClure, along with producer Andy Machin, sound like they were thrown into a cabin in the woods as children and have been writing together their entire lives. Their edgy, hooky and defiantly honest lyrics seem to nearly have their own pulse as this band has breathed life into every track on their debut album "Magic Pill". Recorded at Bigrock Studios in Escondido, "Magic Pill" was nominated for the San Diego Music Award's Best Local Recording category. The Unconditionals subtly incorporate elements of some of their music influences (which include Queen, Young The Giant, McFly, Meatloaf and The Beatles) while owning the individual personalities of each member. Like a playdate gone awry, their music creates images of writing sessions wrought with millions of bits of paper, Chinese take out, and riotous laughter. This is a band that loves each other, their music, and most of all, their audience. They are currently working on their second album scheduled for release this year. - See more at: http://www.bigwestmusic.com/artist/the-unconditionals
